What is your production time?

Our custom pieces are made to order and require time to create. Production times vary and are listed on each product page. For more details, please visit our shipping and production times page. Note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

Do you make all of your pieces?

Our team carefully hand-stamps, polishes, and assembles our made-to-order pieces. We also collaborate with skilled artisans locally and worldwide to source select materials and components and make some of our ready-to-sell items. Each piece is meticulously quality-checked and lovingly hand-packaged.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Do you ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Box addresses—simply enter your PO Box in the shipping address field when placing your order. However, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Do you ship international orders?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

My package is missing, what should I do?

Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your tracking information shows your package was ‘delivered’, however you cannot locate it, please verify your shipping address is correct. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery for you. Please wait 2-3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered days before their actual arrival. If the package still has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.

LeelaMiami is not liable for any lost or stolen goods, no exceptions.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, please email us for approval. Once your request is approved, attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS location within 14 days. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

All items are quality controlled before shipping. To process a return, please email LeelaMiami for approval and return instructions. Items must be returned with tags attached, in original and resalable condition, within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment for the amount paid, minus a $4.95 return shipping fee. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to reflect.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please do not send your purchase back without prior email confirmation. If the return item is not in its original condition, we will not accept the return.

Warranty & Repairs

We stand by our product and offer 3 months warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?

The following are not covered under warranty:

Regular wear and tear

Failure to follow jewelry cleaning instructions

Lost or stolen pieces

Damage caused by improper use or alterations by a third party

Do you offer repairs?

We offer free repairs on all items made by LeelaMiami. If your chain breaks, we provide a replacement.

Jewelry Care

At Leela Miami, we use high-quality 14K gold-filled, sterling silver, vermeil (gold plated over silver), and semi-precious gemstones. Metals may discolor or darken with normal wear depending on your skin’s natural chemistry and/or misuse. Leela Miami does not replace or repair discolored, dirty, or darkened items—no exceptions.

Follow these steps to keep your jewelry looking its best:

Remove jewelry before bed to prevent snagging on sheets, towels, or blankets.

Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, bathing, cleaning, or using abrasives.

Apply beauty products (perfume, cologne, hairspray, lotion, deodorant) before wearing jewelry and allow them to dry.

Do not bang, rub, or drag jewelry on hard surfaces like furniture, tables, or floors.

Clean jewelry with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth—rinse with clean water and pat dry.

Use a soft brush if necessary, but never use harsh jewelry cleaners as they may contain abrasives.

Use a polishing cloth for precious metal pieces.

Ensure jewelry is completely dry before storing.
